Sir, I am a high school science student(grade XI )from Nepal and I am interested in archaeology;I want to build up my carrier as an archaeologist. However I don't know what
way  should I  walk along to  get  to it.  So I wish, you send me your kind suggestions so that  I could shape my future with my interest. I will be looking  forward for your kind suggestions. thank  you.

Hi Anjani,

I am aware of the current upheaval in Nepal and the difficulties you may be facing.  Is it possible for you to be educated out side of Nepal?  Perhaps India or the UK?  

There are several universities in India that have good programs in Archaeology/Anthropology that you can look into.  The UK of course has many programs in the field with Oxford and Cambridge being at the top of the list.  

So, tell me what aspect of Archaeology are you interested in?  Perhaps the Archaeology of Nepal?  This is a poorly studied area and may yield some amazing information.

If you would kindly answer my many questions, I may be able to provide additional direction.
