QUESTION: while i am finished the UG in civil engineering & now i need to became a Archaeologist. sir my question is? In what master degree to study became an Archaeologist.

Anthropology is the degree track.  Archaeology is  generally part of the Anthropology department at most universities.  However, you will need to take a number of UG level courses to come up to speed.  Depending on the university, you may need to get a second UG degree.

This is a starting point for you.  I would recommend that you contact the archaeology department (govt) in Tamil-nadu and ask them what is t he best course of study for you since what the demands are in India may be very different then  those of the US.
