Question
Hello. I have a Khnum amulet that is about three inches tall and I think is made out of bronze. It was given to me and I was told it was real. I however have my doubts. If I send you a pic could you be able to tell. Thank you.

Answer
Hi Dwight,

I"ll  be more then happy to take a look.  With out having it in hand, it may be impossible for me to give you a positive ID but I will give it a try.

Please send me pics of both sides and place a scale or coin next to it for visual scale.

If it is real, then it is very important not to polish it or to remove the patina.  Keep it just the way it is.

Please send the pics to rsalier@hotmail.com with   "Khnum" in the subject line.
