Question
i plan on building a home approx.2000sq. 2 story  4 corners. quad lock blocks. is there a site that can help me figure out the price on materials and how to properly build with these blocks?

Answer
Normally the manufacturer can give you a take off on materials cost and labor if you submit a floor plan and elevations to scale.
The Quad-Lock web site is here: http://www.quadlock.com/products/
They have a description online on how to assemble the blocks.  You might like to submit the same plan to several ICF (insulated concrete form) manufacturers to see which one has the lowest cost for materials.  These are light weight which means shipping costs will be low, but they are bulky which also figures into the costs.  No doubt less expensive than shipping concrete block which is extremely inefficient as far as energy and sound transmission.  The trick here is finding subcontractors who can properly build with the system.
Another very good system is YTONG, which is autoclaved aerated concrete.  This is a light weight concrete and ash product that handles like block but uses a proprietary mortar which is thin and needs precision masonry work.  You do not have to fill in any cavity with steel or concrete pours as the block is structurally sound.
Check with your local building department to make sure the system you are intending to use is accepted.
