Hello Mr. John.
what can an architect do with advanced bridges? and if he can do something, can't a civil engineer do such a thing??

Hello Mohammad,
Architects are not trained specifically to deal with the complex structural requirements for bridge design.
However a few architects have specialized in this type of construction. See the work of Spain's Calatrava for example.
Architects do influence the design of bridges by proposing schemes that do not fall into the normal calculations, based schematically on aesthetic principles and then working with structural engineers to bring the design to life.
A civil engineer normally does not design bridges.
