Hello, My name is DelMario. What job options are there for an
architecture student who complete his undergraduate degree?
A four year degree is not considered sufficient to be hired by a commercial architect although you can probably work for a residential office.
A five year bachelor degree is best and you must have that to qualify for the licensing exam in the U.S.
I attended a four year program but continued two more years to receive my first professional degree, a Master in Architecture.
A BS is general enough to work in some offices but is designed to allow you to go into other art related fields: graphics, sculpture, painting, photography, computer animation, etc.
