I am trying to figure out what are the type of those windows, to be compliant with energy code in the Seattle area.
also in your opinion who would be a good manufacturer to built such windows

Hi Karim,
So you basically need to look for a window that is NFRC tested that has a u-value of .35 or less. That likely means a dual glazed Low-E unit, possibly with Argon gas. Generally if you can get a window w/o argon gas, that is what I specify because the argon will leak out over time, reducing its energy efficiency. As for windows that look like the ones in your photo, I have a few ideas:
On the low end a painted vinyl window from LBL or Jeld-Wen might work. At areas where there are multiple windows, they would be ganged together (mulled together) to create one larger window. There are not many manufacturer's that make dark vinyl windows, but there are some (see the two I listed above).
For a better quality windows, I'd look at an aluminum clad window from Sierra Pacific, Eagle, Loewen, Pella, Marvin, etc. If you can afford to use one of these brands I would over the vinyl.
