Question
What is the standard US height for an interior door handle, like on a bedroom or bath?  If there's a range that is correct, please tell me that, too.  Thanks.

Good morning Mary Ann - thanks for your question!

The typical interior door lockset is bored 36 to 39 inches from the bottom of the door to the center of the cylinder.  The backset distance varies with the type of lockset.
