we moved in this house may 2010 this house is only one and half year old. all corners of this hose are cracked ,cracks in ceiling,wall cracks, upper floor squeking,tiles coming off and cracks in garage cement.

Thanks for your question! I'm sorry to hear that your house does have all those problems.

It is not clear what your specific question is.
Also I would need to know more about:
What is the framing or structural system? Is the foundation stable? Is there any crawl space, or basement? Are there big humidity changes?What is the aprox width of the cracks? Did they form over time? Are the cracks outside the walls as well as inside? Are there any cracks in the outside wall close to the ceiling crack? etc

But with the info I have, I would say that the reason for the cracks( if is that your question?)could be foundation settling. Cracking is usually caused by settling of the foundation(specially with cracks in the corners of the walls) and it is common in new homes.New homes or ones just finished with sheet rock over wood frame are susceptible to cracking in many places when the humidity and temperature change dramatically.
Some settling is normal, as some minor cracking in the foundation walls.  But more serious cracking indicates something else.If you suspect a more serious settling problem, and structural engineer should be called.

Also you can check if your home has a warranty, here in US, some states have laws that says that you are covered against defects for a year after the work is done, not mention the contractor warranty .You need to contact the contractor who did your home, or the company who sold it to you( if that the case, not sure from the info you gave me). even in your case(your home is older than the 1 year warranty), you can try and contact them to see if then can fix or re mediate the situation.

With more info I could try to help a bit more.
