Question hi could you explain to me the advantages of manual drafting over CAD? could u get back to me asap as i need a really quick answer! thanks traci
Answer Hi Traci:
The only advantages I can think of:
1) it's cheaper; just pencils and paper; no computers or software.
2) it's faster if the drafter is not CAD-proficient.
3) it looks a lot better; when comparing a skilled manual drafter to a normally proficient CAD drafter.
That's about it;
Can't think of any other advantages of manual over cad.
