QUESTION: Thank you for your time.
My sister and I are arriving on 8Nov08. She leaves on the 17th. We are wondering if we should spend all our time in BA with a apartment and do day trips to see the penguins are should we leave the city and do a longer time there?
We were interested in also seeing the glaciers but think we will be trying to do to much. Are there day trips,or are they very expensive.
And also the weather in Nov, is it cool at night and nice during the day, do we need a coat or raincoat?

ANSWER: Hello!
I explain you.Its impossible to make day trips to see the penguins or the glaciers.Why? Because our country is very big and the distances are longer too.You must take a plane or a bus and stay in this interesting points at least 1 nigth.This is the explanation about why we haven't day trips.
The weather in November probably will be hot but I don't know because the weather is very changeable .I think that is important that you have a coat

QUESTION: Thank you so much, I thought that would be the case.
I believe that the penguins would be more fun to see than the glacier. Do you think if we fly down to Rawson for 2 days and 2 nights would be good, or to forget the penquins and go to Bariloche for 2-3 nights?
I feel like we will want 6 full days in BA to have a good feel of the city. I have 4 nights at the Marriott for a good price, but am thinking a apartment would be more fun.
Please tell me what you think.

In my opinion the glacier are Georges but more expensive.If you want to go to see the penguins is better that you sleep in Puerto madryn and stay 2 nigths.From these place you can take a tour to see the penguins,the whales etc.You must fly to Trelew .
I think that stay 6 days in BA its ok because is a very nice and interesting city .I don't know the price that you find in the Marriott but in my opinion is better ,more comfortable and cheaper to live in an apartment(for example you can go to supermarket and can buy food and eat in the apart)

Here in BA in November isn't to hot than Texas .90 F we have in January but sometimes we have some days in November like this
