hi fabiana,...

1) do you recommend booking tours to punta tomba,...penguins,...in advance,...or is it easy to bus it over and book a tour once we get there.

2) also for whale watching,...are there many boats leaving puerto piramides or should we book that now?

3)  what do you think we can do on our own, and what do you think is a must to have a transfer and tour.

If you will stay for a short period is better that you book a tour on advance to visit the penguins,whales etc.
I don't know if you will  take a plane or a bus to go there .
The best is that you buy a package that included the transportation,hotel,tours etc.
