Actually Bs Aires is a quite dangerous city lately. It's huge and caothic, maybe you should look for a place like Chile or southern Brazil. Those are beautiful countries with beautiful beaches and most important, beach culture. Since Bs Aires is so far away from the sea and beaches are only visited in summer, you could find yourself wanting to commit suicide sooner or later. Buenos Aires is a very nice city to VISIT, not to live.

I lived three yers there and I'll only come back as a tourist. No nature at all, people living in old tiny apartments, forget it. Choose some other place.
