Can I get from Siera Vista to Sedona via bus, and then return from Sedona to Phoenix. and at what cost?
I don't have direct experience but you might consider some of these bus and shuttle services:

There are more on the Internet. You can search "Arizona Shuttle Services" but this might give you a start.
