I am looking for 2 weeks accommodation in February for 2-3 older guys on a golf vacation. We would like to be relatively close to golfing. Can you recommend anything?

There are golf courses everywhere. I always recommend that people stay in the downtown Scottsdale area. Scottsdale has great golf courses, but it is also easy to get around from there to other parts of the Phoenix area.

If money is no object, there are wonderful upscale public golf courses in Scottsdale. If $200 or $300  a round is a bit much for your budget, take a look at these:

I hope you are coming in mod to late February. I'm sure you know that the Super Bowl is here on the first weekend in February, and getting a reasonably priced hotel room (or a decent tee time) might be a challenge.
