Arizona/LA to Grand Canyon in a RV

Question
Hi Phillis !

I know this might be a tall order, but I take the chance;

My wife, stepdaughter and I will be travelling around USWC in September in an RV, and have the plans ready till LA.
Rest of the journey will be; Grand Canyon, Bryce Canyon, Las Vegas, and perhaps Yosemite.

We dont want to drive at night, and we want a holiday'ish speed, ie stop for lunch, and if we see something interesting photo-op   :-)
It would seem that LA-Grand Canyon/south rim is too big a mouthful in one go, so we thought of stopping in Laughlin (KOA) for the night.
Can you recommend a scenic route to Laughlin?
... And a good route between Grand Canyon (KOA in Williams) and Bryce Canyon ?... And pushing your patience, maybe also Bryce to Las Vegas ?

Is Yosemite worth the time, if we dont have time to hike etc (ie 1 full day only) ?

Thanks a million in advance

Best regards, Morgan Green, Denmark (Scandinavia)

Answer
Hi!
Sorry but I can only answer part of this question.  I do know that driving from Las Vegas you can go to St. George Utah which is a nice stop and interesting in itself.  From there you can visit Bryce and Zion National Parks.  Although they are close together they are extremly different.  If you like to take hikes both of these have wonderfully marked trials and since they are part of the National Park System there are Rangers to guide you.  Depending on the length of time there is a trip referred to as the Grand Circle I would suggest.  What I described is the beginning segment.  Let me know if you have another 5 days or so it is an amazing journey.
Hope this helps, have fun :)
