I hope you can help me with this, I'm not even positive if it's AZ, I believe it's a western state, i think

here goes:  It coul've been 15th.  Its certainly 40.  And when measured from end to end it's definitely 1st.  In what 4 cities does it lie?  if you cant answer it, maybe you can refer me?  thx

Hi Cheryl,

I have been giving this alot of thought and I don't think that it's Arizona.  We have interstate 40 in the north...but there are more than 4 cities along it.  We don't have any  hwys or rivers that are 40 years old.  Do you have any more information at all?  I'm not sure where I could refer you.  If I come up with something I will answer again.
