Answer
Hi,

"What  precautions if any, do I need to look at apart from washing hands before and after treatment"

Sometimes when I smell a lot of scents, it will makes me dizzy, what I do is take a time break. If you are a therapist, I suggest you to take 10-15 minutes break before the next session. Your place should have a good ventilation too.

During your break, you can take a walk outside, open the window so the air from outside can come in, and drink plenty of water.

"what affect do all these oils have on me"

Well, I don't have any experience like that. But this is from my point of view. When you do massage, you must be dilute them first, so I guess this one is safe, the problem is that you inhale many different kind of oils. As far as I know, excessive oil can be drive away by water. Essential oils remain in the body for up to three days and after that they are metabolized and excreted.

I hope that will cover up your questions.

Have a nice day,
