Aromatherapy/Tiger balm during pregnancy

Question
I have been getting really nasty sinus headache pain so I used a bit of tiger balm the one day and it really helped. But i have found out that I was about 7 weeks pregnant when I did this. Should I be worried? Can I keep using it?

Answer
Hi Sarah,

Yes, you can still using it. Don't worry about it.

I suggest you should consult your doctor about this matter. Using tiger balm can relieve your pain for a while but can't eliminate it.

Hope that helps.

Congrats on your pregnancy.
