Question
Hello,
First of all, thank you for making yourself available for questions.  I enjoy reading about alternative medicine and alternative health practices but I guess, being new to finding things on the internet, I have difficulty finding resources for reading about alternative health practices.  Can you direct me to a few websites that you would suggest for learning more and/or keeping up with the latest information?  I'd love to read more about it all.

Answer
Hello Richard,

Thank you for your questions.

If you want to find about alternative health, you can try about.com
http://altmedicine.about.com/. It covers all about alternative health.

Other may be National Center for Complementary and Alternative Medicine -- http://nccam.nih.gov/.

Alternative health is a wide topic. It contains aromatherapy, acupuncture, yoga, natural remedies, etc. So if you want to look for specific topic you can try to google some of these words.

There are many books you can read about alternative health. It will save your time and also the information is more reliable. To keep up to date you can buy alternative medicine magazine regularly.

or you can try to use google alert. Just type the word "Alternative health" so each time people use this word to write an article or story, google will tell you through your mail box. This will save you time and you can sort the information. By this you will eventually find a good resources.

Hope that helps,
Liani Widjaja
