I have never heard of him (her?) and a preliminary search of my usual resources reveals nothing. Do you have any further details that might help trace this elusive artist? Such as: nationality, time when s/he was painting, the subjects and medium (oil, watercolour etc.) Please write back if you can identify any of these things, and I'll continue my search for you.
