Richard Davidson Winter.  English etcher,  exhibited 1890-1916.  Lived in London.  Exhibited at Walker Art Gallery Liverpool,  and Royal Academy.

We also have a picture by Richard D Winter - I thought it may be an etching, but from your comments perhaps an exquisite pen and ink! Image of the Sonning Lock on the River Thames.  No more info on the artist though - I too am searching!
