I forgot the name of a painter. His origin is some country in the east Europe, I
think.
I know he has a art foundation created by a friend/collector in the USA and in
some
castle in Germany, I think.
Do you know any painter like this?

Answer Hi Oca - sorry, I can't help you based on this information. You'll have to be a little more specific - a time frame would help; the location of the American foundation; the type of art (figurative, abstract) and medium (oil, tempera) and subject (portraiture, landscape) could add enough to pare down the search field.
Come back to me when you have found some of these things out. Otherwise -- the range is too huge and the task impossible. I'm sorry.
