Question
Hello,
My mother has a piece of Inca ceramic pot/vase from the Inca time era and would like to sell it but has no papers or anything.  WOuld you happen to know where we can start with something like this???

Check the auction houses, Southeby's.

Check the LACMA website -- they have an excellent collection of South American and Meso American pottery and textiles, and you will probably find a link by which you can ask a question.

To see what it is worth, go to eBay and watch items that are similar over a period of a couple-three months.  Learn how to do a good description and listing -- and you will have to do some research so that you can be the "authenticator" of the piece.
