Question
I am looking for biographical information about the two above mentioned artists. Lomax was a London based painter of late 19th century. Huppman was a portrait painter who lived in San Francisco during the same period.

I'm grateful for any assistance you might provide.

Answer
Greetings Tom,

My regrets I could not come up with a "unique source" of information.  Of course, had I known what information you had already, I'd not have repeated it.

Please remember, I am a volunteer here -- like all others at AllExperts.  I provide what help I can.  Evidently, being "grateful" to a volunteer has its limits . . .

Best wishes, sincerely,
