They were in the same Masonic Lodge. I have painting of three other brothers that I have just pulled out of my attic. My father in law was a Mason in the same lodge and I inherited them and do not know what to do with them. I believe that lodge is gone now but do not know when it was abandoned or destroyed

I also have a painting by A. K. Kipps of someone named A. K. Clarke, dated 1878. Did you find anything on Kipps already?  I will start looking.
