I want to know about a painting done by a German
Prisoner of war that my dad received when he was a guard in Germany would you know anyone that I contact about WW2 art done by prisoners of war?

You also might try also a google search under Art + POW and then refine the search (search within the findings -- at the bottom of the page) to German, or just start out with Art + German P.O.W. (and also spell it out)

also look around on the Defense Department (DOD) site for "art" links (but those would probably be by Americans)
