Hi Andrew - thanks for your question (sorry for the delay in replying - I have been out of town and without access to a computer!).  As to your drawing ... the short answer is no, I cannot tell you who made the drawing.  There is no signature and no clue from the subject matter to help,  It could just as easily be a piece of student work as be by a famous artist.  Your best bet for some kind of evaluation (and I guess this is why you need an attribution) is to take it to a local fine art dealer.  The paper may not be as old as you hope, nor the materials ... the piece needs to be handled to be sure about either of these things.  I am sorry I cannot be of more assistance.
