Question hi, i want to implement NLP in job fields but, as in
someone talking to the system by typing a message in the
text box and the system will response and give the user
answer base on the message given by the user. how can i

It would take weeks for me to even begin to answer your question. there are entire colledge programs based on that. i suggest you look at some of the work being done at colledges like MIT, Mellon, Carnigie, and Stanford. do an internet search on 'Natural Language Processing' lots of raw data out there.
