Hello Sir,

I am using KDDCUP'99 dataset for training a neural network i have designed for this purpose... now when i need to use the trained neural network at real time for classification, i need to convert the normal tcpdump packet into format accepted by the NN (which is actually Kddcup's dataset format) so can you plz help me with this converting or is there some other solution? also can you plz tell me that where can i find best help when desinging a backpropagation NN?

This is a very difficult and challenging question.  I might be able to help, but you will need to send me all the material you have on this.  I am also very concerned about your use of the KDD Cup '99 dataset - i have read a great deal about how unreliable this dataset is.  Do you have some method of cleaning this dataset up?  or are you just using the format of this dataset?
