Really thank!

Answer
NLP is natural language processing, that means that the computer must understand natural human language and be able to converse with people in a non-technical way.  To start search on Google for 'Natural Language Processing' - read every link.  Experts systems and NL don't integrate well, maybe you can figure it out.  Use C++ or C# to create NL programs
