Provide a me a subject to do P.Hd. on Neural Network (Artificial Intellegence)
Develop a system that uses evoltion techiques to evovle a working neural network. This is where the software itself 'evolves' over time and new generations of software are then 'tested' against criteria. Better versions breed to create a new generation, poorer versions do not breed. This emulates natural selection. This is a major new area and I believe it has huge potential.
