Do you know any graduate artificial intelligence program with concentration in the natural language understanding?
I am looking for such program eagerly and would to apply soon.

Stanford, MIT, Carnegie Mellon. there are others.  i really don't follow that much.  These places tend to use programming languages like 'lisp' - which is not used by most commercial outfits.  We all use C++ or C#.  Also, some programs still focus on a 'grammer' approach to NL.  This has been proven to not work.  Even Microsoft has finally given up on grammer.  A better solution is the 'Concept Matrix' approach.  So - interview the school professors very carefully!

I can answer questions about speech recognition and natural language understanding. I am particulary strong in knowedge based natural langauge techniques. I cannot answer questions about robotics, nueral nets, prolog, or vision recognition - just speech and natural language.

Experience

I have spent 25 years developing natural language software products. I have never developed speech systems, but I have developed sophisticated interfaces from natural language to speech. I have been working with speech recognition systems also for 25 years.
