You will find lot of interesting pointers to help you get started. The tutorials summaries and outlines form to explain AI, reasoning, and knowledge engineering. Examples of expert systems used in business accounting are also decribed.

2) now i develop an expert System call 'personal finance consultant ES'.
  Is it the idea sound great?

3) i hear that if intergrated with Natural Language Processing is more better. what the different between them? Are you familiar v that?

4) i still can understand how to develop ES after read the website that  you  recommende to me. it very hard. i don know how or where to start.

To design an expert system, its important to study how human experts make decisions and translates the rules into terms that a computer can understand.
