which book u will suggest me to follow for learning natural language processing programming in lisp.

I don't know Lisp, i don't use it. We use C#.Net. Most commercial development of NL uses modern commercial languages like C++ or C#. I think only acedemics use Lisp. If your end goal is to get a job in a commercial outfit doing NL - do waste time with Lisp.
