Artificial Intelligence/robots

Question
Watching movies, I get the impression that we really want to have robots with all of us. But only robots that can actally "think," not read from a list of 'yes/no' answers.

I know such robots - eventually - will be everywhere. Do you think this will happen in the next 20-50 years? Or a LOT longer in the future. I read there is two present problems; intelligence and ability to walk.  Thanks for the time. Looking forward to hearing from you.

Answer
Yes - 20-50 years - something like that.  But these will be pretty basic, nothing like what you see in the movies.  The ability to walk has already been mostly solved by Honda (of all people). The ability to talk and see and converse - that is the real problem.
