Artists` Exchange/glue and paper

Question
Although not specifically about doll construction, you might still know the answer to this.  I am searching for a good artist's glue that will bind paper to paper which will not, with humidity or paint vapors, cause the paper to curl at the edges.
I've used American-made glues without success. I notice that my Japanese paper products (purchased years ago) have remained unaffected by moisture.
Thanks for whatever help you might offer.

Answer
japanese glues are made mostly from non chemicals , but rather natural products.
If you look up your japanese adhesive by product name and chemical anylsis you will see that aside from presence of better chemicals they also may contain a higher amount of  casien, fish glue, tree resins etc. Where as many US glues are made from  primarily plastics and chemicals. Only Elmers glues are made from casiens.
This is the rason why your japanese products are better than the chemicals that are used primarily in the US.
To make sure that you get only what you are looking for google your actual product and see the current retailers that carry it.
