Question
My 5th grader needs to make a model of the Mississippi River. Any ideas?
This river has many configurations, from wide and shallow to narrow and deep.
It would be impossible to show all with any accuracy.
Try to show some of its characteristics with a cross section of rivers.
You can download some free ones at http://www.geoblox.com/ and print them out on your printer.
They have others but they cost money.

I can direct you to websites that will allow you to build many items out of card stock paper. some of these are airplanes.cars,trucks,tanks,trains,castles,buildings, rockets,ships,and more. the only limit is your imagination.
