Question
I am trying to come up with a quick and easy activity for children aged 5+ (up to teenagers) that they can complete within a few minutes at a stall we are having in the city centre. I want it to be linked to '100' and I'd like it to be something they can take away with them. Can you let me know if you have any ideas please?

Answer
I'm very sorry I missed your question. I was out of town celebrating my daughter's wedding.
From the date on your form, I can see the event  has already passed. If you still need some help with this.
I do not have a specific idea for "100", but I could think about some of the art ideas from my books that might fit.

One idea:
I remember a "challenge" I once saw where there was a grid drawn on a sheet of paper, a box that was ten by ten square (to make 100).
The children could color-in the squares any way they wished with markers or other coloring tools.
Each grid was different when viewed or displayed. Interesting to see all the different ways kids could color a box with 100 squares in it.
