Question
Dear Sherri, would you know of any sites on the internet where you can create a greeting card, print it out and send it yourself through the regular mail. Also any sites for making and printing out your own envelopes to match. I have found a couple but have lots of trouble getting them to print out. Thank you, Georgiann

Answer
Georgiann,

Thanks for writing.  I have found a few sites with printable cards.  Sorry, I can't help you much with printing problems since all computers/programs/printers vary so much...  :-( How I usually try to avoid printing problems is to just save the images directly to my own computer.

Expertise

I have extensive experience working with children, and enjoy creating craft projects families can do together. Through the years, I have experimented with many different craft techniques using a variety of supplies. My personal favorite is creating treasures from trash! Why throw away toilet paper rolls or empty coffee cans? I also love all holiday crafts.

Experience

I have been a crafter in one form or another all my life. I have also been a day care provider and an elementary school employee. I am the mother of three. As a day care provider, I created my own curriculum program and craft projects for the kids.

Organizations
I have volunteered in many youth and community organizations including Cub Scouts, Girl Scouts, 4H, etc.

Publications
My craft articles and projects have been featured and/or reviewed by many publications such as Access Magazine, USA Weekend, and a few "who's-who on the Internet" books.

Education/Credentials
As an ex-day care provider and elementary school employee, I have taken various classes in child development and guidance. I have also attended many community craft classes for adults.
