Question
what is the easiest way I can make a set of donkey ears for an 8yr old girl to wear for a christmas nativity play?

I would say to cut out the shape of the ears onto brown felt and then glue or staple it to a headband for the child to wear or sew it to a hat or hood of a sweater or jacket. Although I did search for a pattern I could not find one but you could try looking into some of the visuals that you use in sunday school classes especially in the preschool room.
