Arts/Crafts for Kids - fall fest scout craft

Expert: Mullan Noel T. - 9/29/2007

Question
I am Asst. Cubmaster for Pack 19 Cubscouts in Denham Springs, LA. I usually do all of the decorating and crafts for our pack meetings. We fallow a monthly theme; this month is "Down on the Farm". I am looking for a quick and cheap (we are a nonprofit organization) craft my scouts can do at our fall fest. This is our halloween celebration without gouls and gobblins. A Church charters us so we like to keep it more of a fall festival. The scouts will be routating from game to game for about an hour and a half. So the craft needs to be simple. Also, I would like to make a box the boys can peak in and see a seanery. I have heard of them but never made a miniture seanery box. I would like to make it of a farm. Then the boys can peak in side and see what the can find in the seanery. Are these things something you might be able to help me with?
