we are a company located in st. louis,mo. we are send employees to aruba to train employees of an aruban co in putting on a roof at the marriott hotel in aruba. how do i get work permits for my employees

I find this question a bit strange. Mariott would more than likely contract roofing work with an established local company. If you are to send employees to work for an Aruban company, than that company would provide the paperwork to apply for the work permits. However, everything starts at the immigration level,and you will need the paperwork from the roofing "company" that you will be sending your workforce to. They must follow the local immigration and permit process, as you will be contracted to work for tham.
