On average, how much does it cost to operate a spa/hotel that consists of about 80 hotel rooms and 16 spa rooms?

Answer
First, I will need to know what your capital expenditure is, layout, financing and long term business planning. Second, what your staffing levels will be, and will management be present or off premise.
There is  a lot to consider here, and off the top, will this be a pre existing purchase, or new construction? Lease? Price per sq.ft?
All these have an impact on the operating expense.
