Question
Hi.  My husband, 14 year old daughter and I are planning our first visit to Aruba in July (to celebrate my 50th birthday).  We've done some internet searches and thought Tamarijn sounded good.  We usually enjoy the space condos afford, so we were wondering if the Divi Aruba Tamarijn All Inclusive suites at Dutch Village would be a better choice than staying in the hotel section on the beach. We do plan on drinking as we sunbathe.  Is being on the beach worth giving up the space of the 1 bedroom condo?  We are vegetarians, so we don't need to experience the fine dining of the island.  Most important to us is a relaxing, exotic vacation. Any tips are appreciated.
Thanks,
Terri

Answer
The Dutch Village would be the better choice in your case. It is newer, more room, a bit more upscale than the Tamarijn and Divi.
The beach is only about a one minute walk from the complex. You will enjoy it there! Have a great trip, and...Happy Birthday!!
