Aruba/Buffet Breakfast For Large Group
Expert: Andy Mendyk - 4/3/2008
QuestionI was wondering if you could help me. I am going down to Aruba in July to get married and we have 30 people coming with us. The wedding is at the Bucuti but most guests are staying at the Renaissance. My parents would like to host a breakfast for the morning after the wedding, but the catch is, that they were hoping to find a place where they could just run a tab say from 7-11am and anyone from our party that came to eat, wouldn't pay for breakfast. Then my parents would just like to pick up the whole bill after breakfast is served.
I've tried contacting the Renaissance to see if we could do this in the Aquarius restaurant, but I haven't heard back from them.
Any help you could offer would be great :o)
Thanks -- Kristin
AnswerI was going to mention Aquarious also! Things are slow in Aruba, so I would resend your request Back to the Renaissance. They are usually very helpfull, as I stay there myself on my trip in August before I go to my timeshare. Try to contact Rumbas, which is a nice place in the back of the Renaissance Mall. They may be able to help you if plans for Aquarious fall thru. There are not too many places that have a buffet type breakfast in the downtown area, so your choices will be limited. Hope all works well for you, as Aruba is kind of quiet in July, I am sure you will get someonr to accomodate you.
Piazza's. in the Ren mall does breakfast..did you try them??
