Question
if my pasport has been experied would i still have a problem getting a work permit in aruba, even thought i still have all my idea from canada.it says i dont need one to travel there but do i need one to have a work permit and if so how do i get around it.

Answer
Hi Joseph..everyone is concerned about security. Either you have a valid passport, or a visa (passport still required) you will not even be admitted to the Island. I do not know about Canadian regulations, but here in the States, no passport and they will not even let you board the plane. My recomendation would just apply for a renewal, or a new issue, as circumventing that process would be impossible, or a ton of hassles!!
