Question
Hi Andy, I am a Canadian Certified Accountant. I have experience working in the Carribean Islands (Cayman). I am very interested in finding work in Aruba.  I speak english, french, spanish and italian. How is it for Certified accountant to find a job in Aruba?
Thank You very much for your help!

Answer
Hi Francesca! You have a lot going for you, especially the Spanish!
I would say, with all the hotels and businesses on the island, you have a fair chance of getting a position.
However, you still have to get your work permit.
Only way to do this is go to the island, apply for the position at various businesses. Once approved by the owner/manager, paperwork must be filed to immigration to grant the permit.
Only at that time will you be allowed to live/work in Aruba.
Speaking Spanish is your best tool for getting a job there!
