Question
Dear Andy,

   I'm from india,
Recently i got an opportunity from a company to work for them in aruba.
what will be the basic average salary for a supervisor grade

how long it will take to get the work permit.

can i bring my spouse there

Answer
hello Sudhagar.  You can bring your spouse, but the company in Aruba must supply you with the immigration, work permit and temporary residency papers. You will have to obtain these, and submit them to the immigration dept. (DINA)
If this company did not even tell you what your payscale will be, I would be cautious. As in all professions, pay rates vary according to work type and seniority with the company. I find it strange you were offered a position, and were not told of your earnings.
The process takes time, but this all depends on this company to follow thru with the required papers you must have.  Wishing the best for you!!
