Question
I can't find any bad reviews about this resort. I am flying out Saturday to Aruba and staying a week at the Westin. Any insiders on fun things to do for nature freaks?
Hi Shelly! I have never heard any bad reviews regarding the Westin myself. Locally, around/near the hotel, there is not much to do besides eat, drink, beach and casinos. However, if you never did it, go for the island tour. There are activities desks at all hotels, and a few operators that have those tours. usually around 3 hours, it is mostly on the eastern side of the island. The small natural bridge, rock formations, gold mine ruins, caves, etc.
It is almost a "must' do for first time visitors, or for anyone who has never taken that tour. Rally not expensive either. Inquire when you arrive at the hotel to make reservations!
